Terms Of Service
Terms governing access to and use of the egxinvestments.com website.
Effective: May 7, 2026
Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing or using egxinvestments.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the EGX Investments Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
No Offer Or Solicitation
Information presented on this Site is educational and does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or investment product. Any such offers are made only by means of definitive offering documents (such as a Private Placement Memorandum, subscription agreement, and operating agreement) provided exclusively after qualification, execution of confidentiality agreements where applicable, and verification of accredited investor status.
Reg D 506(c) Disclosures
Syndicated investment opportunities referenced on this Site are private offerings made under Regulation D Rule 506(c) of the Securities Act of 1933, available exclusively to verified accredited investors as defined in SEC Rule 501. Self-certification collected through forms on this Site is preliminary; formal third-party verification of accredited investor status is required before any offering materials are delivered. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All real estate investments involve risk, including illiquidity, loss of principal, and risks specific to the property, market, capital structure, and operating partner. Track-record figures referenced elsewhere on this Site reflect EGX principal experience across legacy entities and are provided for context, not as projections.
EB-5 Program
EGX partners with a USCIS-designated Regional Center as marketing partner for EB-5 capital formation. EGX itself acts as project sponsor for the underlying U.S. real estate development. EGX is not itself a designated Regional Center; the partnered Regional Center is responsible for I-526E petition support, job-creation methodology, and USCIS compliance. EGX coordinates project-level diligence, source-of-funds documentation, capital structuring, and execution under qualified immigration and securities counsel. Program structure remains under counsel review. Specific Regional Center identification and engagement terms are disclosed to qualifying investors under executed non-disclosure after counsel sign-off. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer of EB-5 securities or immigration counsel.
1031 Exchange Disclosures
EGX provides brokerage representation, replacement-property sourcing, and capital structuring related to 1031 exchanges. EGX is not a Qualified Intermediary, tax advisor, or legal advisor. Exchanges must be coordinated with a Qualified Intermediary and reviewed by qualified tax counsel. Calculator outputs on this Site are illustrative only and do not constitute tax, legal, or investment advice.
Cross-Border Investors
Investors residing or organized outside the United States are responsible for compliance with the laws of their home jurisdiction, including currency-control, tax-reporting, and securities regulations. EGX coordinates with U.S. and cross-border counsel on offerings made to non-U.S. persons but does not provide legal or tax advice with respect to non-U.S. jurisdictions.
No Investment, Tax, Or Legal Advice
Information presented on this Site is educational and does not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice. Visitors should consult qualified counsel before making any investment decision or undertaking any 1031 exchange, EB-5 program, or other transaction referenced on this Site.
Forward-Looking Statements
Any forward-looking statements reflect EGX's current views and assumptions and are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially. EGX undertakes no obligation to update forward-looking statements except as required by law.
Site Tools And Calculators
Calculators and self-check tools provided on this Site (including the 1031 timeline calculator, fire-rebuild cost calculator, and investor-status self-check) produce illustrative outputs based on user-provided inputs and assumed market parameters. Outputs are not promises of cost, return, or eligibility. Final pricing, capital requirements, and qualification are determined only through formal engagement and counsel review.
Brokerage Representation
Real estate brokerage services are provided through EGX Investments under license held by Edward Weng (CA DRE 02007124), licensed under eXp Commercial of California, Inc. Equal Housing Opportunity. Brokerage representation is governed by separate written agreement and applicable real estate law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, renderings, calculators, logos, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of EGX Investments or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EGX Investments is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or any information presented herein, including loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of data, even if EGX has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
