Capital that crosses an ocean does so under a different set of assumptions. The underwriting is harder to verify from a distance. Tax structure compounds. Time zones slow investor relations. For two decades I have built relationships directly with family offices and institutional capital across Taiwan and the Asia Pacific region, working through cycles in commercial real estate, hospitality, and residential development. These are my relationships. The platform was structured so that the principal who first sat down with you is the principal who will sign your K-1. We do not delegate origination.
