Integrated
Globally Connected
The EGX team is the institutional bridge between U.S. real estate and global capital, built on disciplined underwriting and modern construction technology.

Different by Design.
Proven by Execution.
EGX protects and compounds investor capital through the latest underwriting and construction technology, executed across a vetted global network.
EGX exists for the cross-border allocator who has earned the right to expect more from a US sponsor.
Capital that crosses an ocean does so under a different set of assumptions. The underwriting is harder to verify from a distance. Tax structure compounds. Time zones slow investor relations. Operating partners are harder to vet without local relationships. Most US sponsors treat these as friction to be managed. We treat them as the reason to exist.
For two decades I have built relationships directly with family offices and institutional capital across Taiwan and the Asia Pacific region, working through cycles in commercial real estate, hospitality, and residential development. These are my relationships. The platform was structured so that the principal who first sat down with you is the principal who will sign your K-1. We do not delegate origination. We do not outsource investment committee. We do not assign junior staff to capital conversations.
If you are evaluating EGX, the question I would ask is whether the sponsor on the other side of the table will still be the one underwriting your deal in five years. That durable edge is what makes us different by design. Everything after it is proven by execution.
